Through my travels in 3rd world countries, I have deeply connected with genuine people that live happily so simply and inspire me with their grateful heart for what they do have. These loving people have welcomed me as if I was family and made me feel at home in their country. Many people have recently reached out to me asking if I can help them because they have no work, no savings and no food to feed their children. My heart feels gutted because for the first time I can not help them as much as I would like to, because I too have lost all my money due to having to refund all students for 8-months of Exhale Yoga Retreats due to this global pandemic. If you currently have no work/money, then please receive this offering just as my compassion for you. BEFORE CLASS:
Ideally hydrate with water and preferably don’t eat before Jungle Dance. Do in the room you have space to move and lay down comfortably. Wear clothes you can move in. Don’t try just be. No make-up or fancy outfit needed. Just your presence is enough! You don't even need energy for this class, so if you are feeling tired... try it! You will discover when you truly listen to your body and move it in a way that is most nourishing to you how you will cultivate energy to feel uplifted yet grounded.
